These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application, website, and services of Laundry to Home ("we," "our," or "the Company").
By registering, accessing, or using our services, you ("User," "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Laundry to Home provides laundry pickup, washing, ironing, and home delivery services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability to you.
2. Registration and User Account
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in misuse, fraud, or noncompliance with these Terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The user agrees to:
Deliver the clothing in proper condition (no valuables in pockets).
Check and sort delicate items before delivery.
Notify the customer of any special instructions (e.g., cold wash, separate colors).
Receive the clothing at the indicated address within the agreed timeframe.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are displayed in [local currency].
Payment must be made using the methods accepted on the platform.
We reserve the right to change rates at any time, with reasonable notice.
In the event of non-payment, Laundry to Home may suspend the service until the debt is settled.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The customer may cancel an order before the driver picks up the clothing, free of charge.
If the cancellation occurs after pickup, service fees may apply.
Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases and at the Company's discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Laundry to Home will apply standard laundry processes, but does not guarantee that every garment will be free of pre-existing stains or damage.
We are not responsible for garments with incorrect care instructions, prior wear, manufacturing defects, or damage resulting from customer misuse.
In the event of proven loss of garments, the maximum compensation will be equivalent to the estimated value of the garment, with a cap of [X dollars per garment or order].
We do not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the app or website.
7. Drivers and Third Parties
Pickup and delivery services may be provided by independent drivers.
Laundry to Home is not responsible for intentional acts, gross negligence, or off-duty conduct by independent third parties.
8. Permitted Use
The user agrees to:
Use the app and services only for lawful and personal purposes.
Not to manipulate, hack, copy, or distribute the Laundry to Home software.
Do not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and designs belong to Laundry to Home and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The user does not acquire any ownership rights by using the platform.
10. Modifications to the Terms
Laundry to Home may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and by continuing to use the service, you accept the modifications.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms, without compensation.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Minnesota.
13. Disclaimer of Legal Liability
Laundry to Home does not guarantee that the service will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted.
Use of the Service is at the user's sole risk.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
